* I used Qtractor for mixing, and as a plugin (MIDI synth and effect) host.
* I tried to find actual clipping after commanding normalize-audio. In my experience of this case, the minimum parameter to hide clipping is '--limiter=-1.0dBFS'. Tenacity would be a good choice to find clipping.
* My original guitar play has slight white noise (around -70dB) in the padding, because I commanded normalize-audio with the audio file which has been already padded by silence. I think it's OK as padding because of remastered tunes from masterpieces.
